The Verde River Rockhounds is a fun and active Gem and Mineral Collecting Club
located in the heart of the Verde Valley in beautiful Cottonwood, Arizona.

The purpose of the club is to assist members in the identification and collection of rocks and gems, rockhounding,
and developing lapidary arts knowledge and skills in a manner that will make all facets of the rockhounding hobby fun and enjoyable for all.

The club meets the second Thursday of each month (except July and August) at 6:30 PM at the American Legion Hall at 480 S. Calvary Way in Cottonwood, Arizona. The clubs offers exciting monthly field trips and lapidary programs with informative speakers, monthly raffles for great prizes, silent auction table,
and many friendly rockhounds that will share their enthusiasm and experience with you.

If you live in, or are planning a trip to, the Verde Valley, please be sure to stop by and visit one of our meetings.

Membership dues are $24.00 yearly for a single membership, and $12.00 for additional persons in the same household.
Minors under 18 are free with an adult.
